A great month for Studio customers

We have seen an incredible month for some of our studio customers. One of our best friends, Kate Nash has announced a tour of the UK. Check it out. We have known Kate since she first started playing, she even bought her first guitar from us. Another of our customers, London Grammar launched their debut album, which is now flying high in the charts It is great to see new bands come through and start making waves –  the band will be on tour in 2014, check them out. Another more esteemed friend of the studio is Captain Sensible. The Damned have been touring with the Damned, but has taken time out to slip in a guest appearance with his first band, Johnny Moped at Koko tonight. The Damned are playing a big London date as the climax to their tour at the iconic Roundhouse in Camden Town, with Theatre of Hate –

The Foundations

The Foundations

Another long time friend of the Studios is Alan Warner of the Foundations. He’s been in rehearsing for a string of solo gigs  and the Foundations also have a series of gigs lined up featuring Alan. Another band with long associations with MHMC are the Polecats, who will be out on tour in October . Another couple of bands of of note having a busy month are Modestep, who are on tour and Kingsland who have been on X Factor. Finally, it is great to see the Lee Thompson Ska Orchestra really doing the business on the circuit. Their video for the sngle Fu Manchu was the first video recorded in our new Greenscreen studio 20 and the picture at the top of this page was taken in our photogrpahy studio – Studio 15.
